Gosling Sports Park is host to a number of function suites ideal for meetings, conferences, parties and weddings of most sizes.
Whether it’s to celebrate your 21st Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement or any kind of special occasion, the Collingwood Suite is the perfect party venue for your requirements. Our special Celebration Party Package offers:

The Collingwood Suite can accommodate from 50 to 120 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 220 for an Evening Reception. Our special Wedding Package includes the following:

The Collingwood Suite is licensed to hold up to 120 people for a Civil Wedding Ceremony. Room Hire is free if a Wedding Reception or Breakfast has been booked. At all other times, Room Hire will be charged at £295 + VAT.

You must book the Registrar before confirming a Ceremony Booking at the Collingwood Suite, in order to ensure their attendance on the day. Bookings can be made up to 3 years in advance. The Registrar must approve your choice of music and any readings for your Wedding Ceremony. The address of the Registrar for this area is:

The Collingwood Suite can accommodate for up to 220 delegates theatre style for a product launch, training course or conference and up to 120 for a dinner dance or banquet. The suite is air-conditioned and benefits from natural daylight with the added benefit of ample free car parking and separate private entrance together with disabled access. The Club Room is available for smaller events with a capacity of 40 delegates for a meeting, lunch, dinner or even breakfast!

Rates for Conferences/Meetings are split into two packages, Room Hire or Day Delegate Rate.
