Health and Fitness Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our Personal Trainer business. We are looking for a natural leader who has a passion for developing people and getting results. You will have a direct influence on business practises and therefore we are looking for someone with a flair for maximising opportunities. You will be accountable for the commercial performance as well as retention and there is an expectation that you are involved in marketing strategies as well as other initiatives. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience as well as being qualified to at least Rep's level 3.
