How does the Wellness System work?

Using the Wellness system can be broken down into six simple steps.

• Agree your programme with your trainer, which is loaded onto your TGS Key.
• Check in’ at the Wellness Expert Kiosk, insert your TGS Key and download your workout data. Video clips remind you how to perform each exercise.
• Insert TGS Key into the machine and your personalised programme starts automatically. No need to press any buttons!
• The system identifies when you are reaching your goal and increases the level to keep you motivated.
• At the end of your session, ‘check out’ at the Kiosk and view your results and progress. You can also record non gym based activities such as running and swimming.
• Your trainer can monitor your progress at all times, making sure your on track. Results can be viewed at any time, via the Online Training Room.
