Gosling now offers a NEW Boot Camp programme - 4 weeks of fitness, fun & healthy eating

The Boot Camp incorporates different theories, exercise, appropriate zones to burn fat –

  • Physical
  • Fitness
  • Team Bonding

Boot Camp will change from week to week & depending on levels/abilities etc, please see below for a typical Boot Camp programme/example of the activities involved....

DAY 1

Introductory session.

Military fitness circuit using free body weight exercises.

Velodrome shuttle runs, press ups, squats, burpees, star jumps etc.

 

DAY 2

Plyometrics – creating resistance by using own body weight.

 

DAY 3

High intensity circuits – 10 station workout.                                   press_ups

Work upper body, abs & legs.

 

DAY 4

Assault course. log carrying, ladders, hurdles.

Circuit of chance/dice. Free body weight exercises & assault course and team work.

 

DAY 5

Outdoor mud assault course. Team work & legs.

Kettle bell course.

 

DAY 6

Tennis nets/part game – using large body movements.

Boat races/crawling & team work/races.

 

DAY 7

Step box & circuit with ab theory & fat burning zone seminar/tips.

 

DAY 8

All abs – learning to fire the abdominal stomach after.

Home/attainable exercise ideas for training.

 

DAY 9

Stanborough Lakes outdoor experience/challenge.

Latest Ab session

Learning how to fire ab muscles properly.

How to fire pelvic floor & negate hip flexes (dominant muscles).

Combining with effective fat burning cardio.

Typical exercises:

Leg raises & leg raises with split – using balloons also to give abs a proper workout & increase the pressure.

Plank body balance – timed raised & holds including with water cup on back to encourage control & correct body positioning.

DAY 10

Tennis court – assault course.

Indoor – log around indoor tennis assault course, teams with log exercises & over obstacles, shuttle sprints & boat races/through the legs etc.                   

 

DAY 11

Sand bags, shuttle runs & free body weight exercises to test (similar to first session but with sand bag incorporated this time to show improvement of fitness/advance the programme).

 

DAY 12 - LAST/FINAL SESSION

Cold frosty morning, outdoor assault course, crawling…&water bombs! Team obstacles, kettle bell rope pull, encompassing all activity in a final show down.

Shuttle runs, wet sand bags etc.

Evening – kettle bell class.

 

RESULTS/WEIGH IN & STATS (Taken before & after)

Last Boot Camp achieved 100% success in the group results – body fat measurements, circumference, weight loss & most improvement – fitness levels improved dramatically as well as team work.

One of the girl’s even lost 1 stone & half (via combined diet & exercise), wow!
