The Collingwood Suite can accommodate from 50 to 120 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 220 for an Evening Reception. Our special Wedding Package includes the following:

Civil Wedding Ceremony

The Collingwood Suite is licensed to hold up to 120 people for a Civil Wedding Ceremony. Room Hire is free if a Wedding Reception or Breakfast has been booked. At all other times, Room Hire will be charged at £295 + VAT.

You must book the Registrar before confirming a Ceremony Booking at the Collingwood Suite, in order to ensure their attendance on the day. Bookings can be made up to 3 years in advance. The Registrar must approve your choice of music and any readings for your Wedding Ceremony. The address of the Registrar for this area is:

Meetings & Conferences

The Collingwood Suite can accommodate for up to 220 delegates theatre style for a product launch, training course or conference and up to 120 for a dinner dance or banquet. The suite is air-conditioned and benefits from natural daylight with the added benefit of ample free car parking and separate private entrance together with disabled access.

Rates for Conferences/Meetings are split into two packages, Room Hire or Day Delegate Rate.
