We have a wide array of excercise classes available to you on a drop in basis. These classes are all available to members and non-members.

New Classes -Are you expecting or a new Mum if so we have brand new classes just for you
The core elements of the programme are on:
- Educating women into their ever changing body and posture.
- Exercising safely during and after pregnancy.
- Strengthening core/postural muscles helping to reduce the incidence of back and pelvic pain.
- Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles helping to reduce the incidence of stress incontinence.
- Explaining why things may be hurting and how to fix them!
- Meeting other new mums and mums to be, creating friendships and sharing the pregnancy experience.
Gosling Sports Park and currently running these specialised courses.
Antenatal classes on a Thursday 7:30-8:30pm and Post-natal on Wednesdays 1:30-2:30pm.
