We have a wide array of excercise classes available to you on a drop in basis. These classes are all available to members and non-members.

New Classes -Are you expecting or a new Mum if so we have brand new classes just for you

The core elements of the programme are on:

  • Educating women into their ever changing body and posture.
  • Exercising safely during and after pregnancy.
  • Strengthening core/postural muscles helping to reduce the incidence of back and pelvic pain.
  • Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles helping to reduce the incidence of stress incontinence.
  • Explaining why things may be hurting and how to fix them!
  • Meeting other new mums and mums to be, creating friendships and sharing the pregnancy experience.
The benefits will last long after the birth of your baby!
Gosling Sports Park and currently running these specialised courses.
Antenatal classes on a Thursday 7:30-8:30pm and Post-natal on Wednesdays 1:30-2:30pm.
